Conditions of Hire

• Vehicles for weddings that require dressing / preparation may incur additional fees if the booking is less than 3 hours in length. Please call to confirm details.

• Overtime/Waiting time will be charged at a rate applicable to the vehicle hired, at a minimum of $60 / hour charged in 15 minute increments.

• All Wedding bookings are to be finalised at least 28 days prior to Wedding day.

• All general hire bookings require a 50% deposit be paid and are to be finalised upon arrival at destination, or can be pre-paid in full via EFT.

• If child seating or restraints are required, please advise at time of booking. A fee of $15 per child seat, per transfer will apply.

• Please note that all bookings are subject to the vehicle being able to have access to the itinerary provided to us. In the case where the vehicle is unable to access roads or a particular location/venue required, the driver will pull up as close as practicable at his discretion, bearing in mind the clients and drivers safety.

• All vehicles are non-smoking

• The driver reserves the right not to allow intoxicated passengers to enter the vehicle, and will incur a full fare charge.

• Customers are liable for the cost of all damages to the vehicle.

• If the vehicle is left in an excessively dirty condition that requires extraordinary cleaning or re-sanitation, the hirer is liable for the full cost of this cleaning or repair and any consequent loss of use of the vehicle. A Minimum befouling fee of $85 will apply.


CANCELLATIONS:  

General Hire:
Cancellations within 7 days of the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and bookings cancelled within 48 hours will incur a full 100% charge.  

Weddings & Tours:
Bookings cancelled within 3 months prior to the wedding will be charged the full amount of the booking. Vehicles cancelled before this will receive no refund of deposit.
