The Barossa Valley is a great place to spend the day touring some of South Australia’s best wineries. Primarily known for its red wine, in particular Shiraz.
Approximately an hour’s drive from Adelaide CBD you can spend the day at the wineries of your choosing, or let us take you to some of our favourite locations as our tour gives a sample of what some of the best wineries have on offer with some unique to the region.
With over 80 cellar doors and 150 wineries, the Barossa Valley is home to the biggest names in Australian Wine including Penfolds ( Grange) and Henschke Cellars ( Hill of Grace).

Mr Mick Winery is named after K.H. (Mr Mick) Knappstein, a legend within the Australian winemaking industry. One of Mr Mick’s passions in life was to make wines for everyone to enjoy, a tradition his last apprentice, local winemaker Tim Adams continues in his name. Today Tim and his wife Pam are proud custodians of this landmark property.
